If your plants arrive damaged please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your package and I will ship them again if they are still available. I can issue you a refund as well. YOU MUST SEND ME PROOF OF DAMAGE AND RETURN THE PLANTS TO ME. Be aware that it is possible for plants to arrive stressed or imperfect. This means there's a possibility of wrinkles, small blemishes, marks, scars, black stress spots, and other minor imperfections on the epidermis. I will not refund or replace any plants that are not truly damaged (broken or rotting). Thank you in advance for your support and understanding.
